Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Guy Payn as Senior Director, Strategic Advisory Services, Nordics. CBRE continues to build and strengthen its' Nordic team.
Guy transfers from CBRE Asia Pacific, where he spent 13 years managing various regional and global accounts at CBRE, Hong Kong. Most recently, Guy worked as APAC Alliance Director for the HSBC Account and prior to that as Account Director in various roles for other multinational clients such for Microsoft, Prudential Insurance, Pfizer and Macquarie Bank.
Based in Helsinki, he will work closely with CBRE´s Nordic Strategic Advisory team and report to Christer Farstad, Head of Strategic Advisory Services, Nordics. In his new role, Guy will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services to major occupier clients across the region, with emphasis on Norway and Finland
