The leasing activity in the logistics segment has starting to regain activity, even so the average national vacancy rose to 4.5% (2.7% in 03). A total of 538,000 sqm modern logistics space is estimated to have been completed in Sweden in 04.
The last quarter of the year provided many deals within the segment with one of the largest being the Blackstone 24 property portfolio acquisition from Corem at SEK 1.16 bn. The 85,000 sqm warehouse and light industry portfolio with 6% vacancy is located in
Stockholm, Norrköping, Jönkoping and Malmö.
