The Swedish transaction volume for Q4 2025 is summarised at approximately SEK 65 billion.
For the full year 2025, the transaction volume amounted to approximately SEK 168 billion representing a 21% increase compared to 2024. The share of foreign investors stands at 35%, clearly above the five-year average of around 20%.
