CBRE helps Verdion to lease 17,698 sqm of logistics premises in Bäckebol, north of Gothenburg. Construction will start during autumn 2023 and everything is expected to be completed by Q3-24. Access is by agreement.
The property offers direct access to the E6, via the IKEA exit, only 9 km from central Gothenburg. The location is the best imaginable with an excellent signage position towards the E6 and proximity to Gothenburg's central parts.
Bäckebol is a popular and established area that is characterised by logistics and trade, and the communications and public services in the area are excellent. There are excellent bus connections to central Gothenburg, with bus lines 40, 45 and 311 serving the area frequently. The property has IKEA and Elgiganten as immediate neighbours.
