Prime rents remain stable for retail park / big box space when compared to last quarter, with the same stable development for both high street and shopping centre rents in Stockholm. Rents are however moving down slightly for both high street and shopping centres in Gothenburg and Malmo when compared to Q2.
Q3 retail investment volume of SEK 0.4bn is 3% of total investment volume in Sweden during the period, a drop from the past 5 year average for retail at 9%.
